GL64p

The GL64 is our gantry solution for the advanced checkpoints of the future. With the exceptional mechanical rigidity of its structure and modular deployment, it ensures the highest penetration and best resolution in our cargo scanning range. Its perfectly collimated radiation beam ensures a minimal operational area with widths less than twelve meters with the use of minimal shielding.

The GL64 can also be supplied in its “P” version in which the target vehicle is moved through the scanner by an automated platform with several operational advantages such as improved resolution and zero cutoff in the wheel area. With several systems already deployed on warzone borders, the GL64 and GL64P configuration contributes to keeping Europe safe from both contraband and transnational threats to its integrity.

A complete scan is performed within a few minutes, depending on the system type (Mobile, Portal, or Conveyor). This ensures high throughput and minimal waiting times at border crossings, ports, or logistic hubs.

The systems reliably detect weapons, explosives, drugs, contraband, and hidden compartments , as well as anomalies in the cargo structure.

Yes. All systems operate with low-dose X-ray technology that is internationally certified and safe for operators, drivers, and the environment. Drivers usually remain outside the cab during scanning to ensure zero exposure.

The scanners can handle standard cargo trucks, containers, and semi-trailers up to full international sizes (40 ft / 12 m and beyond), depending on the chosen system.
